Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We ONLY accept returns or exchanges on damaged/defected items, or if you received the wrong item in your order. Being that everything is custom made we will NOT accept exchanges or returns for the wrong size, as we have a size chart for reference (see SIZE CHART tab) and all tees are UNISEX- true to size. If you happen to order the wrong size and realize it right away please contact me before your order is fulfilled and I will correct the sizing for you.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable/ or refundable items:
- Gift cards
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at wild1shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do NOT offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
