Shipping policy

All items are hand made by me.

We have a two week processing time. All items will be shipped two weeks from purchase date.

 All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2 weeks from purchase date. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Some orders may be delivered from the carrier on weekends depending when shipment was made. Please make sure your address is correct on all platforms (PayPal or Apple Pay as well) as incorrect addresses may delay your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during big sales or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

During our busiest time of the year. August-December our processing time may be an additional week. We always try to get our items out as efficiently as possible.

Delivery delays from the carrier can occasionally occur.

Wild One Shop is not responsible for lost packages by USPS.
